Jasmina Tomasevic

Jasmina Tomasevic holds an M.Sc. in Modern and Contemporary Greek and World History from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a B.A. in Greek language and literature from the University of Belgrade. Her M.Sc. thesis is titled: "World War I and Greece in the eyes of the ‘emigrant’ Serbian army". She is also the author of the articles: "The Serbian army in the Great War, a peasant army. Impressions from Greece in War" (in Greek, Thessaloniki, 2014) and "The Great War and the Macedonian Front. The daily lives of soldiers in Thessaloniki" (in Serbian, Belgrade, 2016). In cooperation with the National Library of Serbia and the project “Europeana 1914-1918: Memories of the First World War” she translated into Greek the exhibition catalogue titled: "Serbian literature in World War I" which was used at the exhibition of the same name in Thessaloniki (November –December 2015). Furthermore, since 2010 she has been actively engaged in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.
